OUR BACKSTORY
- Property Max, LLC owner, Randy Chapman, has been in and around the construction industry for over two decades. Starting in high school, building houses in a vocational building trades program for two years. That led into a continued interest for a career path in the construction industry, specifically in finish carpentry. In turn, Randy became a long-time, dedicated employee/subcontractor for custom home builders in Angola, IN. Turning this passion into a small family-run business, Randy now owns & operates a premier high-end new build/remodeling company offering residential and commercial services.
- With their continued growth Property Max Kitchen & Bath set in motion in June of 2024 the in-house planning, designing and began construction on their brand-new showroom building on 200 W. in Angola, IN, right in the heart of Steuben County Lake community and is due to open in 2025. The showroom is a living testament to Randy's years of experience and unwavering commitment to deliver high-quality craftmanship.
